You may have one office, several branches or colleagues working from home. We agree the users, equipment, applications and locations included, then connect support with the people and suppliers responsible for your environment.

Two ways to get the right help

Remote support and on-site visits

Remote help for the working day

Remote support gives your team a route for reporting problems with the business systems covered by your agreement. We can investigate account access, Microsoft 365, supported devices and other agreed services, using the information provided and appropriate access to the environment.

Describe the affected task and its impact when requesting help. The support process should keep the request, next steps and resolution together. Your agreement sets out operating hours, priorities and response arrangements, so staff know how to use the service.

On-site work when the task needs it

Physical attendance can be needed for equipment setup, office changes, network investigation or an issue that cannot be resolved remotely. Strata provides on-site support across the UK, with the task, site access and any supplier involvement discussed before the visit.

We agree scheduling, scope and any associated charges through your support arrangement or project. Preparation and a clear handover help connect the visit with the wider IT environment, including documentation, checks and ongoing responsibilities.

One organisation, several locations

A support model that connects your UK teams

A nationwide organisation needs a shared understanding of accounts, equipment and support ownership. We can bring those details together while recording the connections, access requirements and specialist systems that differ between locations.

Start with a list of offices, branches and remote users. Identify the work each team carries out, the applications they depend on and any local suppliers. From there, we can agree a consistent support route, prepare a useful inventory and plan the changes that need physical attendance.

For an internal IT team, this can mean co-managed support or a defined project. For a business outsourcing its IT, it can mean a managed service with agreed responsibilities and recurring reviews. The arrangement should make it clear who does what and how the next improvement is decided.

Questions about UK-wide support

Something else on your mind?

Talk to us
Do you cover areas beyond the towns and cities listed?

Yes. Strata provides remote and on-site support throughout the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Tell us your locations and the work you need help with so we can agree the right arrangement.

Do the map markers show Strata offices?

The markers identify town and city centres to help you explore support coverage. They are geographical reference points. Our service is delivered through the remote and on-site arrangements agreed for your business.

Can one service include multiple offices and home workers?

Yes. We can agree a support model covering your UK teams, with common standards for devices and accounts and documented requirements for individual locations.

How are on-site visits and response times arranged?

We establish the task, business impact and physical access required, then agree attendance through your support arrangement or project. Hours, response targets, scheduling and charges are confirmed in the relevant agreement.

Can we start with a specific IT project?

Yes. A review, office move, Microsoft 365 improvement or equipment refresh can be a defined starting point. We agree the scope, responsibilities and handover before work begins.
